Failing to work towards eliminating petroluem based cars would be stupid to the point of suicidal for humanity. You could always walk to church. Ride a bike. Ride a horse. Skateboard. Scooter. Why do you need to drive everywhere? Better yet, isn't god supposed to be everywhere anyway? why not just pray at home?
